  The plaza is a charming local shopping center that may be small in size but offers a delightful shopping experience.

  As you drive into the parking lot you see this big sign that says now 24hours. Obviously as you drive you glance and read it thinking it's for the car park. No it isn't. It's not even related to the carpark at all. This is what gets most people who drive into the carpark and park. Very deceiving for drivers. This place in fact isn't 24 hours but only till 10pm and they close the gates at 10pm on the dot. No grace period of an hour to half an hour to your car to drive out. It closes strictly on the hour.
  
  If your car is stuck inside it's "A" call out fee of $80 unless there is more than 2 cars it's $160. A call out fee means one fee no matter how many people are waiting but no it isn't. Again it wasn't mentioned on the sign it only says it's "a $80 call out fee".
  
  They do just an amazing job at blocking the gates but they don't block the entrance where you enter up the ramp. A lot of drivers that night drove up they didn't have an idea it was closed forcing them to reverse all the way back down the ramp which is very dangerous and difficult.
  
  Don't think it's 24hours as many people have been caught due to that sign. Not a parking place that I would come use again. Money hungry place Burwood plaza is.

  Great mall with multiple shops inside. Ample parking space available. There are multiple massage chairs available for a quick massage therapy.
  
  The plaza has multiple eateries, clothing shops, chemist, souvenir shop, Woolworths, BWS.

  I recently visited Burwood Plaza and was impressed by the variety of stores and services available. The plaza has a good mix of retail shops, including supermarkets, specialty stores, and restaurants. The layout of the plaza is convenient, with easy access to parking and public transport. The customer service at the plaza was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff available to assist shoppers. The only downside was that some of the stores seemed a bit outdated and in need of renovation. Additionally, the prices at some of the stores were a bit high, which may not be ideal for budget-conscious shoppers. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Burwood Plaza and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient shopping destination in the area.

  Burwood plaza is good with a good variety of food. Don't be fooled by a little shop, because that little shop makes some delicious food. I like to grab a bit of everything, and my kids and i share, as we are not Asian, but really enjoy Asian food.
