  I can't recommend this store highly enough. Nathan was honest and knowledgable about the shoes and gave service beyond my expectations. I will always buy shoes from this store from on.

  After doing some research on running shoes, which left with with 2 different running shoes that I am interested in, I went in and asked a salesperson to see if I can try them on. He measured my feet up and told me that I would be US size 9 or 9.5, which is definitely not right, as I have worn US size 8 for over 20 years and my feet have not grown (I'm over 40). Then he pulled out 2 shoes, one was one of the 2 that I requested, the other was one that he recommends. After trying them on different feet, I liked the one that I requested better, but would like to try the other one I researched on (which is cheaper that then one he recommends), so I asked, but he simply said he would not recommend it, and would not even let me try it. I told him that I haven't researched the one that he recommends, and would need to do that if he wasn't going to let me try the other one I researched on, and his response was "Don't you trust me? I have been doing it for 6 years". Well, I don't, not if he can't even get my size right. That's what I called poor service - telling your customer what they need rather than letting them choose. So I walked out. Hope they are not all like that.
