- Nick Added July 09, 2022★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆My wife was sold a $500 hair removal appliance from this place on the proviso that it's be suitable for a 12 year old girl. She gets home, opens the box...nope! Suitable for 18+ only. We don't want a refund but we DO want your staff to be sure of their products and if they aren't sure, to say they aren't sure and to look it up!

This time I went to buy a vibrating toothbrush for my child where one of the staff member helped me to explain all different options and helped us to choose the one.

Got a hair comb + curler which has been great, thrown away hair straightener been a month and will never look back. Also today bought a epilator. Lovely customer service lady was so nice matched my price to shaver shop website even though in store price was more and she has excellent customer service. Also have bought things in past and return policy is good. I don't mind men working there, they are bit direct and snappy but they are to the point and are fair if you have valid reasons to return they accept and help you out with warranties.
