- Kate T Added January 30, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If only i could give minus 10 stars. Male staff working on Friday 12/5/17 was obnoxious and rude. He assumed I wanted a particular service on my phone and made an ass of himself after I told him that wasnt the service I wanted. He was disgruntled that he now had to go fix his own mistake after arguing with me that i had asked for this service. And then he said that after he has undone the mistake that i can go somewhere else to get what I originally wanted done. Horrible service and the guy does not belong in retail with that attitude.
The female staff there was also rude. She kept telling me to move out of her way with a very rude "excuse me". Learn how to move around people and not be so lazy. Maybe staff here needs more training in good customer service because they are destroying this branch by the sound of it!
